We will take you through the divorce process and work with you through to mediation.

• 2. Obtain decrees of divorce
• 3. Refer to mediation
• 4. Advice on how to make your mediation binding
• 5. Advice on what to do if mediation does not work
• 6. In cases where finances are already agreed we will prepare your financial settlement papers.

We will work with you to complete your divorce as quickly as possible. It is important however to be aware of the following costs that are applicable with divorce proceedings. These are standard costs and apply to all cases and all companies and will allow you to plan the true cost of your divorce.

• Court fee £340.00 (Court to start the divorce)
• Fee for consent order: £45.00 To be paid to the court service
• Decree absolute £45.00 Payable to the court
