Complete Divorce
Your circumstances: Divorce finances are not resolved
Not resolved your finances? Then this will be the package for you. Our experience representatives will be with you every step of the way to make this process as simple as possible.
As soon as we
have received your contact information we will send you a
questionnaire. We will then handle all aspects of your divorce from
here.
When we
receive the completed questionnaire from you, we will complete all
documentation and submit it to your local County Court.
We will arrange a referral to a local mediation service to try to resolve the financial matters arising from your divorce.
If mediation has been successful we will advise you on how we can make your agreement binding. 
If mediation hasn't worked for you then we can advise you on your next steps.

You will not usually have to attend court as the process is handled by us.
